Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch non-personalised items within 7 to 12 working days of receiving your order.

Personalised, made to order, and handmade items are created specifically for you. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for these items to be made before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed from the next working day.

During busy periods, including sales or promotions, dispatch times may be longer. We will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £60 within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The final shipping cost or free shipping eligibility will always be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

Delivery services

We ship orders using Royal Mail and DPD, depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.

Orders are sent using tracked delivery services wherever possible. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

United Kingdom & Ireland

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland using Royal Mail and DPD tracked services.

Orders over £60 qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your selected shipping option and destination.

 

International delivery

We ship worldwide using DPD, or partner courier networks.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by the destination country.

 

Preorders

Where an item is purchased via preorder, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.

Preorders are dispatched once stock becomes available. Timeframes are provided in good faith and may be subject to change due to supplier or manufacturing delays.

 

Sale periods

During sale periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes. We ask that you allow additional time for your order to be processed and dispatched during these periods.

 

Delays & lost parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched and collected by the carrier. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us and we will work with you to help resolve the matter in line with the courier’s claims process and timeframes.
