Orders & confirmation
I haven’t received my order confirmation email?
Please check your junk or spam folder first, as confirmation emails can sometimes land there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once personalised or made to order items have entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We will always do our best to accommodate when possible.
Personalised & made to order items
How long do personalised orders take?
Personalised and made to order items usually take 3–4 weeks to create before dispatch. During particularly busy periods, this can occasionally take a little longer.
Who does the personalisation?
All personalisation is carried out in-house by us, with some pieces lovingly embroidered by Granny Cricket, a familiar face at our trader markets.
Are personalised items refundable?
Personalised and made to order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been processed.
I need my item sooner for a specific date. Can you help?
If you need an item sooner for an event such as a family photoshoot or special occasion, please message us before ordering. Where possible, we will try to accommodate.
Send-in personalisation service
What is the send-in service?
Our send-in service allows you to post items to us for personalisation, including items previously purchased from Little Crickets or similar garments.
How do I use the send-in service?
Please purchase a send-in slot online via the Personalised section of our store.
Who pays for postage?
You are responsible for posting your item to us using tracked or signed-for delivery. We cover return postage.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Dispatch times vary depending on whether your item is ready to ship or personalised. Full details can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Who do you ship with?
We use Royal Mail and DPD.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship across the UK, Ireland and internationally.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied.
