Returns for non personalised items
We will accept returns for non personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Original tags or packaging must be intact
Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or unable to be processed.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Personalised items
Personalised and made to order items are non refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
If you are unhappy with a personalised order, or believe there is an issue with quality, damage, or accuracy, please contact us so we can review your query and help where possible.
Sale items
Sale or discounted items are non refundable, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return shipping responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
